The agreement behind the experience

By accessing or using the CareHub Therapy website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies referenced within them. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

CareHub Therapy is an end-to-end behavioral-health solution for workers’ compensation. We bring together a specialized clinical network, coordinated telehealth care, structured workers’ compensation workflows, claims communication, and CareHub Intelligence™ as one connected solution. The services are intended to support coordinated care — not to replace professional clinical judgment.

When you use CareHub Therapy, you agree to:

CareHub Intelligence™ supports — and does not replace — the clinician. Licensed clinicians remain responsible for all clinical decisions, assessments, recommendations, and final documentation, and must operate within their scope of practice and applicable professional standards.

Your privacy matters to us. Our handling of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We are committed to handling protected health information under applicable healthcare privacy requirements and will enter into Business Associate Agreements with covered entities as required.

We work to maintain reliable access to the services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances, and will provide reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareHub Therapy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the applicable agreement as set out in the relevant service terms. Upon termination, we will support a reasonable transition consistent with our agreements and applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
