CareHub provides AI-powered therapy practice management software designed to help mental health professionals manage their practice, improve patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CareHub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not misuse or abuse the service

• Maintain appropriate professional licensing and credentials

4. Professional Use Only

CareHub is intended for use by licensed mental health professionals. Users must maintain current professional licenses and operate within their scope of practice. The service is not intended to replace professional judgment or clinical decision-making.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We are committed to HIPAA compliance and will execute Business Associate Agreements as required.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for a reasonable period. We will assist with data migration as requested.
